Return & Refund Policy

At Nias Workshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • We shipped the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
