Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Shipping Delays
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment is delayed, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information for the most accurate updates regarding your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at niasworkshopco@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
